These Terms of Service govern access to and use of qyxjacket.com, together with every order placed through it. By browsing qyxjacket.com, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. You must be at least eighteen years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout, and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for every activity conducted through your account. G Light Limited must be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Every order is subject to acceptance and availability. G Light Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Product photographs, measurements, and color swatches are prepared with reasonable care, and slight variation in color and finish may occur between the image displayed and the item delivered. All product descriptions on qyxjacket.com are generic and do not reference any third-party trademark.
Prices, taxes, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout and must be paid in full before dispatch. Accepted payment methods are major credit and debit cards and PayPal. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. G Light Limited may suspend or cancel an order if payment authorization fails or if fraud is suspected.
G Light Limited dispatches orders to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are presented at checkout and are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address and for collecting the parcel after a delivery attempt.
You may request a refund for any eligible item within 14 days of receiving it, and you are not required to give a reason. The 14 days begin on the date the carrier confirms delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrived damaged or defective. To begin a refund, contact [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
After the returned item is received and inspected, G Light Limited approves the refund and initiates it to the original payment method. Refund processing and the arrival of the funds in the customer account takes at least 14 days from approval. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. The customer is responsible for monitoring the account linked to the original payment method.
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to be initiated and completed. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Customers who paid with PayPal must allow the full stated period before contacting G Light Limited about a missing refund. These periods run from the moment G Light Limited approves the refund.
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted, and the item will be treated as accepted in good condition. A claim must include the order number, a written description of the fault, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging, sent to [email protected]. Where a valid claim is confirmed, G Light Limited will arrange a replacement or a refund and will cover return shipping.
You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch by contacting [email protected]. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the 14 days no-reason refund process described above.
You must not use qyxjacket.com for unlawful purposes, submit false order information, attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, or resell goods purchased for personal use in a manner that breaches applicable regulations.
All text, images, graphics, and layout on qyxjacket.com are owned by or licensed to G Light Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Light Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of qyxjacket.com or from any purchase made through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms, and every dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
G Light Limited may revise these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on qyxjacket.com. Continued use of qyxjacket.com after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
